This Confidentiality Agreement for Arab and Middle Eastern Countries is used when a foreign company furnishes confidential information (financial data, trade or technological secrets, etc.) to its client or partner prior to the execution of a contractual relationship between the Parties. This is customary in negotiations prior to the execution of distribution, supply, strategic alliance, joint venture, licensing, franchise contracts, and, in general, for any business agreement whatsoever which entails the exchange of confidential information with companies in Arab countries.
